CURRENT OPENINGS:

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE, CONTENT AND SOCIAL MARKETING

As the Junior Associate for Content and Social Marketing, you will be responsible for making content at Saladbox competitive and innovative. With the guidance of your superior, this role takes the lead in developing strategy and project managing new content initiatives that drive value for Saladbox customers and partners. In addition, you will represent Saladbox in videos, on social media, and at press events as a brand ambassador. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Executive.

The Junior Associate for Content and Social Marketing is responsible for:

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive to ensure that the Saladbox marketing and content strategy is aligned with the overall business growth strategy

  • Proposing and project managing new content initiatives that keep Saladbox content best in class and defensible from our competitors
  • Responsible for ensuring editorial vision is translated to editorial photo and video
  • Maintain visual standards across content and social
  • Oversee monthly editorial photoshoot beauty looks and styling. Work with the Senior Marketing Executive to plan monthly shoots. 
  • Lead holiday and special event (retail/partnership) new initiatives planning
  • Represent Saladbox in videos, on social media, and at press events as a brand ambassador 

Producing regular content on the Saladbox Magazine and YouTube channels

  • Publish 3-5 articles per day
  • Produce 5-10 beauty tutorial and lifestyle videos per month
  • Plan editorial lineups: research editorial concepts, edit and approve all articles, assign and manage talent
  • Assist in the development of quarterly and annual strategic plans and budgets for digital and video content
  • Plan video lineup with Directors and Senior Marketing Executive, research video concepts, write scripts, coordinate with video production company
  • Plan video promotion and coordinate with Saladbox marketing, social media, and partnership teams
  • Measure weekly, monthly, and quarterly magazine and video analytics across all digital and social platforms to evaluate results against KPIs and marketing goals

Owning and driving the Saladbox Editorial and Social monthly marketing calendar

  • Develop a monthly marketing calendar for the editorial and social sides of the business, with a focus on organic growth, and for the YouTube channels including regular videos, product launches, promotions, and customer education
  • Manage the Saladbox social media and content to maximize these channels in engaging a customer
  • Plan and manage email newsletter schedule and content
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting of key metrics and measure results of programs and create a testing plan to continually optimize
  • Be the point person and Saladbox representative during events, such as makeup workshops, beauty soirees, and the like (occasional travel to different parts of Metro Manila for events)

  • Graduate of any business course, preferably Marketing or Communications

MARKETING & SALES INTERN

The Marketing & Sales Intern will bring a focused and disruptive approach to the way we market to the Saladbox customer across both subscription and soon-to-be-launched shop. This role will be the one responsible in the planning, implementation, and post-evaluation of all marketing efforts in order to achieve ambitious growth goals. This role will report to the Founder and Head of Partnerships.

The Marketing & Sales Intern at Saladbox is responsible for:

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive to ensure that the Saladbox marketing strategy is aligned with the overall business growth strategy

  • Bring a test and learn mindset to the role to innovate on the current business
  • Assist in managing Saladbox marketing budget
  • Become an expert on the Saladbox customer
  • Monitor competitor activity including product focuses and marketing tactics, developing actionable insights and maintaining your own POV on Saladbox’s positioning

  • Develop a monthly marketing calendar for the subscription business, with a focus on organic growth, and for the shop business including seasonal programs, product launches, promotions, and customer education

The Retail Acquisition Intern will do help bring a focused and disruptive approach to the way we market to the Saladbox customer across both subscription and soon-to-be-launched shop. This role will be the one responsible in the planning, implementation, and post-evaluation of all marketing efforts in order to achieve ambitious growth goals. This role will report to the Founder and Head of Partnerships.

The Retail Acquisition Intern at Saladbox is responsible for:

Working closely with the Retail Acquisition Executive to ensure that the Saladbox brand partners' plans and objectives are carried out

- Bring a test and learn mindset to the role to innovate on the current business
- Assist in managing Saladbox marketing budget
- Become an expert on the Saladbox customer
- Monitor competitor activity including product focuses and marketing tactics, developing actionable insights and maintaining your own POV on Saladbox’s positioning

Onboarding of brand partners

- Lead generation
- Sending of proposals to approved brands, doing follow ups, answering questions of brands regarding partnership, and scheduling meetings for presentations
- Proper documentation of brand partner onboarding
